Reviews and Ratings
My stay was marred by several issues, notably the cleanliness and responsiveness of the staff. Despite the spaciousness of the room and the pleasant decor, the presence of mold and delayed housekeeping really affected my experience. While the location is decent and there's potential for a great stay, I can't overlook the glaring problems that need urgent attention.
I had a lovely stay at the Water Club, enjoying the upscale atmosphere and the tranquility that's hard to find in busy hotels. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, but I felt they could use a little more flair for the price. The variety of dining options was nice, but I didn't find the food to be exceptional. Overall, the experience was very enjoyable, but there were a couple of areas that could be improved.
My stay at the Water Club was quite an enjoyable experience overall. The hotel offered a luxurious feel with well-maintained pools and spacious rooms. However, there were some housekeeping issues that need addressing. While dining was a highlight with various tasty options, the gaming experience in the casino was less than thrilling. Overall, I would recommend it for a more tranquil getaway compared to other casino properties.
The Water Club at Borgata offers a luxurious experience with easy access to a beautiful outdoor pool area and well-appointed rooms. However, communication regarding closed facilities could improve to enhance guest satisfaction. While my stay was enjoyable overall, there were some areas that needed attention, especially regarding service responsiveness.
I had a nearly perfect stay at the MGM tower. The room was gorgeous with a stunning view, and the cleanliness throughout the hotel was impressive. However, I did think a little more attention could be given to keeping the hallways fresher. Overall, it was a great experience, though there's room for slight improvement in certain areas.
